Since teaching yoga since 2009 and developing her practice for about 13 years prior, tLiz is no stranger to instructing. This girl knew she needed more than yoga to stay fit and toned and opted to try Lagree – though she had hesitations towards using a machine vs just her yoga mat. She quickly saw results and was hooked! She loves the slow mindful movements and the encouraging, uplifting instructors.
How would you describe your instructor style?
I love alignment cues in the body. When you find alignment in a pose or in any workout, you not only protect yourself from injuries, you progress and see results more efficiently. I also love creative sequencing and challenging the body in different ways.
What are your goals as an instructor?
My goal as an instructor is to empower students, to believe in their own strength even when our internal dialogue can often be negative or doubtful. To celebrate their own uniqueness and embrace all that they are. Seeing progress mentally and physically is so exciting, empowering and motivating.
